Dr. Mark Stephen Lashell, MD

I was overall very pleasantly pleased with Dr. LaShell. I’m not sure what the previous person experienced, but my appointment was completely different. We started with going over my complete medical history. He was very attentive and listened to me… probably go on for too long :) after that we talked about which tests would be best for me. We both came to the decision to do several tests the same day. His nurses were so kind because I was a little nervous. We were able to find out the best course of treatment for me! I have now been on specialized treatment, and it has worked so well for me. Super thankful to Dr. LaShell for helping me change my quality of life!

The worst, most blindsiding and traumatizing experience I’ve had with a medical professional and human in my life. I didn’t do anything to deserve to immediately be spoken to with such condescension and derision and eventually straight-up mockery. (e.g. he started rapidly ordering a bunch of random tests for me like it was a joke instead of seriously addressing my concern and health questions.) It was clear I wasn’t taken seriously as a patient or viewed as a human being who deserved proper medical attention. He took my money and treated me like a joke.
