Had used Dr Lafluria for years. Recently went to Houston for a female surgery where I learned I was stage 4 kidney disease. I collect my records from Laflurias office for past 5 years because I had plans to change drs. The reason; For 5 years I had been showing decline in kidney function and He NEVER mentioned any of this to me! My last appointment with him he said “ your doing great, keep up the good work.” He continued me on meds that were damaging my kidneys. Houston took me off ALL of what he had me on. I was referred to kidney specialist in Houston, put on kidney diet(which is not fun) and other things to prolong disease. My mind just can not comprehend WHY he sat with my labs in front of him every 6 months and told me I was doing great. I understand someone missing something once but for 5 years! You better be doing your own homework. My problem, I trusted him as The Dr! I hope he can sleep at night.

When you need to see a MD, he is the one to call on. He also has the best nurse who keeps her word. she helps patients in his absent. When you go into see Dr.Lafuria is compassionate, caring as a matter of fact, he goes out of his way to make you feel better fast. Excellent bedside manners. He cater to the elderly. Young, Mordern Doctor!

Most charming and wonderful Doc I've ever had, explained things thoroughly, was convenient with scheduling, accurate in his findings. Completely in every category the best doctor I've had the fortune of finding.

Dr. LeFuria has been my Dr. Since moving to LC in 2005. He is also my Husbands Dr. and Cares for my mother, who is in a local nursing home. We all have a great deal of respect for him. I don't know what I would have done if he had not help me with getting care for my mother, I am so greatful for him being in my life.

Doctor LaFluria is a good internal medicine practitioner. I have been seeing this doctor for over five years. He seems to embrace modern technology. Bring a list of medications with you. It is also wise to bring a list of your ailments, conditions, etc. for your appointment. This will visit more smooth.

Dr. Lafuia has been my doctor for as long as he has been in practice. He is by far the MOST caring doctor I have ever had. He is brilliant and is an excellent diagnostician. He is very professional and is extremely compassionate. I am very grateful I chose him for my doctor.
