Dr. LaGatta is the best around. Not only is he an expert in his field, professional, but also compassionate and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, even while he was out of the country on vacation. What an exceptional professional and human,that I am proud to call my friend.

at age 35, I was diagnose with high blood pressure. I spent the next 30 or so yrs going from Dr.to Dr..going from different medications, some with terrible side effects. eight yrs ago, I wound up in the hospital with blood pressure so high, they thought I was going to have a stroke..Then I found Dr. Mark Lagatta..I had previously lost a kidney.( I believe it was partially due to my uncontrolled high Bp)..within 3 months, he had found the right combination of medicine and my blood pressure was under control. I had never had blood pressure better than 145/90. At my office visit yesterday, my Bp was 117/71. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Lagatta, and I honestly feel he saved my life. I am 76 yrs old, and am able to work still today.I would advise anyone who has kidney or Bp problems to see Dr. Mark Lagatta..thank God I did.

By far the best I have ever met, has a reputation as the number one nephrologist in Florida and he deserves it!! Compassionate and thoughtful with an uncanny understanding of medicine. He helped me through a difficult time. He is accurate and truthful. He is busy though, and sometimes you have to wait to see him. But he is the best!!!
