Dr. Mark Lastarza, MD

I have been a patient for many years. Staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. LaStarza is knowledgeable, professional and congenial. Always does a thorough exam and follows up when needed. Glad I chose him as my primary care physician.

Canceled on me because of computers, and then the day before my re-scheduled appointment, called to say they can't see me because I am a new patient. This was after me being physically at the office, confirming on phone I was a new patient, and verifying insurance. What a waste of time and energy. They even had me fill out all the paperwork and called to confirm the appointment - only to call me the evening before to say they have to cancel my appointment (again) because they aren't accepting new patients. All I needed was a physical! Ridiculous.

My wife and I are are patients of him. He cares and spends time addressing our concerns. The office girls provide great service.

Staff is excellent. Dr. La Starza. his examining room for a yearly physical. his behavior........detached, disinterested. cannot wait to end the physical which consists of same questions and listening to my heart. does not seem to be interested in what you have to say. 10 minutes with Dr. La Starza and you are out of the examining room.

I have been a patient of Dr Lastarza for 15-18 years and I like him very very much. I have been a nurse in this area for over 40 years and have had 3 unpleasant conversations with his nurse in the past 10 months. She is very very rude and unprofessional.

He is a good man, professional, all business. I trust him. He listens and answers questions.

I found Dr. LaStarza to be extremely careless. He doesn't pay attention to detail. More interested in making money than patient care. He does not particularly like his patients and does not give him good care. His staff is horrible.
