Dr. Mark Egan Lawlor, MD

Two staff that work in the back area behaved unprofessionally toward me as I passed by their counter where they sit. They work directly with the patients, one of which takes vitals and documents symptoms but I believe they both do. Dr. Lawlor was in the vicinity when it happened but I can’t say whether he observed the event or not. There’s something not quite right about this practice where such odd, childish behavior could happen in such a setting to anyone. As a result, I’ve lost confidence in this provider because I no longer believe the patient’s care can be entrusted to the entire staff and I’m now looking for a new healthcare provider where the staff as a whole treat all patients with dignity and respect without exception. The staff at the front counter that I have dealt with, receptionist and cashier, are kind and are an example for the two in the back who have some personal and professional problems to fix. I wasn’t going to write this review because I initially… ignored the negative opinion of these two people, however, it occurred to me that these individuals betrayed a trust. Anyone willing to mistreat a person seeking their help is someone who should not be in healthcare and is perhaps unscrupulous, capable of anything. In the least, from my experience, they revealed they are reckless with patient care and shouldn’t have healthcare licenses. I don’t expect anyone to take my side or theirs; just be cautious if you choose to use this provider. Bad healthcare workers make for bad healthcare in general.

A Dr that listens and a responsive polite staff. Perfect combination to feel like I am in good hands with my health issues.

ANDERSON, IN IS EXTREMELY FORTUNATE TO HAVE THE HIGH QUALITY DR. HERE .......HE IS PERSONAL, LISTENS CAREFULLY AND MAKES YOU FEEL AS IF YOU ARE HIS ONLY PATIENT OF THE DAY.... HE ALWAYS HAS ANSWERS AND DOESN'T HESITATE TO REFER OUT IF HE FEELS NECESSARY....WOULDN'T THINK OF GOING ANYWHERE ELSE!
