I am a business professional who books all of my appointments in advance and early in the morning to accommodate my schedule. I made an appointment with Dr. Ledoux at 8:00 a.m. I arrived at 7:40 a.m. with all of my paperwork completed. At approximately 8:20 a.m., while I am sitting in an empty waiting room, a patient dressed casually (so not working) showed up late for her appointment and she was immediately ushered into the office. When I asked why I was still waiting and a late patient was seen before me, the staff apologized and took me back to a waiting room. At 9:10 a.m., now one hour and 10 minutes after my appointment time, and one and one-half hour waiting, still no Dr. Ledoux because apparently he was also late for work that day. I could not wait any long, and when I left, I said I would need to reschedule due to the tardiness of the doctor and mishandling by the staff. No one called...ever...and Dr. Ledoux's office billed my insurance company $87 for the visit. This… is absolutely terrible patient care, and you should all be forewarned. I would never return here.

I am very pleased with the Rhizotomy that eased my SI pain. I have been off Tylenol, Aleve, Meloxicam 15 my for two months now after this procedure. I am able to workout at the gym and walk in the mall without pain. Thank you again Dr. LeDoux Noemi

Dr. Ledoux is a very personal, caring doctor. He really listens to my concerns about my pain. He is good at explaining your diagnosis, reviewing your diagnostic tests and treatment plan. I was referred to Dr.Ledoux from my neurosurgeon due to back surgery 3 years ago. I have some back discomfort, three superior anterior labrum tears of my right hip and SI joint disease, arthritis. I have had SI joint , hip injections, medial branch block and have had excellent relief. His staff in his office and staff at Ambulatory Surgical Institute are very courteous, knowledgeable. i have been a patient for dr. ledoux for about 3 years now and after this last visit i felt the need to leave a review. I was unable to afford my visit due personal reasons along with finances due to my current divorce. My visit in total would have been 140.00 . After speaking with his MA Sierra she and Dr ledoux saw me at no charge and were very understanding to my situation. Mind you i had just visited with my GI doctor who could not seem to put himself in my shoes and show compassion. Know that your small act of kindness made my week a little brighter.

I had my first visit with Dr. LeDoux on last week. He is unlike most doctors that I have met. Very kind and down to earth. He treated me like a person and took time to really figure out what was going on with me. I was a little optimistic about seeing a pain doctor as I've heard most just like to drug you up. However he made the visit fairly easy. I would recommend him highly, and I am kind of sad my next visit isn't until 3 months from now.

His office cancelled my appointment for a procedure because I was sick even though I said I could still make the visit and then sent me a bill for $100.00. I tried repeatedly to resolve it but they insist on billing me for the missed visit.

My first visit with Dr LeDoux was a quite interesting. I got lost initially but his staff was very patient in giving me directions. When i arrived i was brought into the exam room promptly. His nurse was a young woman who has actually dealt with my reason for visiting so she made it a lot easier and personable for me. She was very polite and held my hand through the process. Dr LeDoux was nothing as i expected. He was a young guy with a very pleasant attitude. He took time to educate me on my diagnosis and explained my Cat scan results as the doctor who recommended me to him had not. Not your typical office staff very young but the environment was calm. Office very clean. The only unpleasant experience i had in the office was a scheduler who seemed to be too busy to set my next appointment due to her own personal phone call. Now that i have driven to the location i should make it to future appointments on time and learn more about my condition. Bedside manner impeccable.

I saw Dr. Leroux year ago and after waiting over an hour for my appt., I was thoroughly disgusted. Never in my life have I waited for a doctor this long nor will I ever again. I am sure there were circumstances beyond his control, but his office staff sucks and should have called all patients to let them know of the delay. The customer service is awful! The Doctor himself is nice. He needs new office staff. They are your first impression.

Dr. LeDoux is an excellent doctor who is compassionate, a good listener for the most part and is one doctor that I feel attempts to help me feel better from my pain.
