Dr. Mark Shofner Lindsey, DO

Dr. Mark Lindsey takes his time, is thorough and caring. I have been to a number of Doctors over the years and Dr. Mark is the best.

I highly recommend Dr. Mark. A very pleasant, knowledgeable physician. Excels at patient care. Has helped me get past 2 life threatning events.

The staff at this office, whether under directive of the doctors or not, constantly overbook appointments. At least I assume based on my last eight visits, all of which had greater than 1 hour wait times. One was actually 2 1/2 hours including wait time in the exam room before I saw Dr. Lindsay.

I went in under a recommendation from a friend and was completely unsatisfied. I was told that my back pain was because I was overweight (not because I had lifted 25 80lb bags of concrete a week prior). Dr. Lindsey then tried to sell me a $300 a month diet plan. The billing department was rude and unhelpful about a billing dispute as well. I had to wait over an hour to be seen for both of my appointments. I will definitely not return and will advise everyone that I know to do the same.
