Dr. Mark Lipton, MD, FACC

I was Dr. Lipton's patient in 2009 when he was an internist. I hope he has improved as a cardiologist. I told him I was getting sick all the time and he pooh-poohed this, telling me it was "just a cold." Years later I found out I had been having a zinc deficiency. There's more but that pretty much sums it up.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mark Lipton for over 10 years. I have never met a smarter physician who is so caring and goes above and beyond any other Dr. I have ever had. Unfortunately I have been to a lot. He is responsive, has great referrals and is the ONLY dr I wish I could still go to...... moved to Florida but will still be flying back because none of the Dr.s can come anywhere close to this man.

Dr. Lipton is the finest physician I have ever had. He combines medical acumen and reliance on evidence-based decision-making with curiosity, respect, and keen insight about the patient as a unique person. He is rational, humane, kind, and balanced in his communication with patients. He will get to know you in real and nuanced ways so that you never feel like a statistic, but he is up to date with medical research, options, and recommendations. His interest in technologically-informed medicine only enhances his superior skill as a physician. I trust him as a scientist, I really like him as a person, and I enjoy his open interchanges about medicine and patient care. A wonderful balance of treatment of illness and interest in health promotion. The wisdom of experience with the curiosity of a superior physician.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lipton's for almost 25 years. He is efficient, caring, concerned, gives great bedside manner, funny, encouraging, healthy, intelligent, current with technology and so much more!

He seems to be on top of my multiple medical challenges with seemingly appropriate recommendations. He works best if patient is also actively looking after his/her problems. He follows up well. All recommendations are made to doctors within his school/hospital.
