Everyone in Mark Mandel’s office treated me with extreme professionalism. Everyone I came in contact with during and after my surgery was very kind. They explained everything about the process and answered all my questions. I felt very confident that my eyes would be in good hands. I first went to Dr Mandel in 2007 for ICL surgery. It was very successful. I had no problems until the cataracts started changing my vision to the point that I didn’t feel safe driving. So of course I reached out to Dr Mandel who I had trusted with my eyes before. I couldn’t be happier with how the surgery turned out. Having intraocular lens implants has changed my life. I was somewhat hesitant to pursue the surgery. but it was getting more and more difficult to correct my vision with glasses. I now have the best vision I have had in over 50 years and I’m able to both see distance and read, except for very small print, without glasses. I can wear sunglasses again, participate in physicsl activities, swim, and sail, without fear of not being able to see. This was a life changer.

From the time I checked in, I was courteously welcomed by one of the nurses. I was carefully prepared for my first surgery until the time I've been waiting for. The surgery of my right eye went well that removed my feeling of nervousness. On the same way of the surgery of my left eye, I received the same courtesy and care. I am glad I finally did it after two years of putting aside. I highly recommend Dr. Mark R Mandel to anyone who would like to have eye surgery.

Dr Mandel was very professional, meticulous, and thorough. The other physicians I saw in follow up were knowledgeable and courteous as well. Office staff all very friendly and helpful. They all contributed to a successful surgery with a great outcome!
