I had rhinoplasty performed by Dr Mandell. Terrible results. He did nothing I asked for and my nose looks worse. I asked for a refund and no answer. That money was out of my retirement and I trusted him. I have to have it redone by another surgeon. I am not happy with his service to say the least. If he would return my money, which is the right thing to do, I would at least respect him for that.

I waited forty-four years to have my tummy tuck-abdominoplasty. Dr. Mandell-Brown made me feel comfortable and that this was possible even at my age (64.5)! I felt safe and in very capable hands. The nurses and staff at the Cincinnati office are so kind and willing to help in any way. The level of care from the moment I made the appointment to the day stitches were removed have been such a rewarding adventure! I love the way my belly looks now!

I recently had an abdominoplasty by Dr. Mandell Brown and I cannot imagine a better experience with the surgeon or the staff. The initial consultation with the surgeon was very thorough--informative and professional. On the day of surgery, I was somewhat worried going into the procedure, and a kind nurse distracted me by be sincerely excited for me and how I would look after the procedure. She also held my hand until I was sedated. After surgery (four pounds of skin removed and over 100 stitches), I had only slight discomfort (not enough for pain medication). Six weeks out, still no pain, healing quickly and it appears scaring will be minimal. Such a great experience. Dr. Mandell-Brown came highly recommended and I can now add my voice to that recommendation.

Dr. Mandell Brown and his staff are great they care about you and what you want done. I had liposuction on my thighs, everything went well after eight weeks my thighs looked so much better. I would recommend Dr Mandell Brown to anyone. Donna

I returned to Dr. Mandell-Brown to have my implants removed and replaced with smaller ones. I had a fantastic patient experience – from pre-op to post-op follow up. He understood EXACTLY what I wanted and delivered EXACTLY what I wanted. I am absolutely thrilled with my result!

1 month post op from breast augmentation with Saline Mentor implants and I could not recommend Dr. Mandell-Brown more if you are looking breast augmentation, especially that “natural look”. I was extremely nervous about going through with the surgery but it was something I had been looking into for years with being small chested and after seeing so many great reviews and looking at his previous work I knew Dr. Mandell-Brown was the surgeon I wanted to go with. I showed him pictures of what I wanted and he gave the exact result I had hoped for. Recently, Dr. Mandell Brown performed a neck/face-lift on me. The results are amazing! The outcome far exceeded my expectations! Dr. Mandell Brown is a plastic surgery genius! Words can't describe how happy I am with the results. I had a LOT of loose, sagging skin and it's gone. It looks so natural, too! For the first time, I'm taking selfies and I don't feel the need to "hide" in the back row of a group pic! If you're considering plastic surgery, don't do anything until you've had a consult with him! You won't be sorry!!

I am beyond satisfied with my results! I did my research on selecting the right plastic surgeon. Mandell-Brown explains everything so well during the consultation. With other doctors I had checked out I didn’t know the questions to even ask. With Mandell-Brown I always felt super confident and at ease that I was going to get the results that I wanted. He is also very personable and has a great sense of humor. The nurses were all great and made sure I was always comfortable.

Four weeks post surgery, I expressed I was unsatisfied with the results. Dr. Mandell sent me a letter terminating patient relationships. I was frightened as I was still in need of care with no one to consult with. If you are looking for a caring doctor who will see through on his work, I do not recommend seeing him. There are much better options in regards to overall patient care.
