When you are sick it is nice r to have a doctor that really cares for your well being. His only goal and focus is getting toy better

With him Over 10 years, last few years our appointments for the entire family were never with him. Treated less and less like patients and more like a number each time. Last straw no call to let us know they were denying a medication, that they prescribed, until he was seen. That is understandable, but call in enough time to make the appointment, before it runs out. We called them, and get the rude non-caring staff. No follow-up return calls. He went still no refill, changing Doctors today!

Staff is rude.

Dr Mayfield and staff are always courteous and helpful. Privacy and respect are at the top of their list on how to treat a patient. Would recommend to anyone seeking a good general practice clinic.

Dr. Mayfield and all of his staff are awesome! We TRUST him and his staff and always leave feeling good about our visit.

Dr & medical staff are very professional, but the billing office & charges are not accurate & billing department cannot answer questions. My husband was told he could not see the Dr for his annual well visit until he came into see the nurse practitioner. He was billed twice for a "well" visit and the insurance would not pay!

Great Doctor he spent time to learn about me! Love his staff!

Office clean, good magazines in waiting room, staff helpful and nice. He's taken care of our whole family forever. We get all our healthcare there as you should be able to in my mind being a FAMILY doc. Son started seeing him at 3, now 17, get my paps done there and saved my husband from having a heart attack right there in his office. Keeps appts open for regular pt's, on call 24/7. I don't think he takes vacations because I've never not been able to get in touch with him. Gives samples of meds to try before having to buy a whole script. He's just an old fashioned, seen everything family doc that our family will continue to see.

First Dr. I have ever seen who does not make you come back to the office to tell you that your test results are fine.

My leg had been hurting for a few day's so thought I'd better get it checked out so went to see Dr. Mayfield. I didn't know it but if your a regular pt. he leave's space's open for them so you can get in on the same day. So glad because it turned out I had a blood clot in my lower leg working it's way up and if I had waited any longer it most certianly would have gone on up into my lungs, and then heart and that would have been the end of me! This was in the morning. Dr. Mayfield called the hospital to tell them I would be arriving and to expect me and gave them all necessary instuction. I was so scared but he said not to worry, he would come and check on me. Even tho he doesn't do hospital work, I was surprised to hear a knock on my door and in he walked about 9p.m. straight from his office and stayed with me answering all my questions till around 10. If not for him, I would not have even gone to the hospital, been admitted and probably would have had a stroke. Thank you Dr.… Mayfield. Have been seeing him for the last 10 yrs. and will continue doing so.
