After trying to be taken seriously by another provider for months about my debilitating back pain, Dr McFarland saw me for a consult and surgery within two weeks. I felt like a priority to him and his staff throughout the whole process. I woke up from surgery with my sciatic pain gone entirely. Walking into the office the morning of my surgery, I could barely stand or walk. That evening, I was walking comfortably and pain free. I would highly recommend Dr McFarland. Although I’m still in recovery, I feel like I finally have my life back!

Dr. McFarland did a laminectomy and fusion for me and I trusted him 100% in doing this surgery on me. My results have been excellent exactly as I expected. Not only is Dr. McFarland an exceptionally skilled, knowledgeable, and talent surgeon & doctor, he is very kind, caring, listens, takes his time, and genuinely shows he is invested in his patient's care & wellbeing. I would absolutely recommend him and I have several times. I have very high standards and expectations of my physicians and surgeons and he checks all the boxes. I really appreciate him and all that he does. Exceptional doctor!

You actually treated me for the third time for the same procedure and knew from the 1st one I could not tolerate it very well whatsoever and yet you did it again twice. Even online for the entire country most all of these types of procedures are only preformed under general anesthesia and yet you went for #3 as I screamed in pain AGAIN! I am not a high risk patient and you have hurt me for the last time. How could you not advocate for your patients comfort more than that? That is cruel and unusual punishment with out a doubt! NEVER AGAIN!

Performed back surgery on a relative of mine. Promised 4-6 months of recovery but after 2 years there is no recovery and he is worse than before the surgery (now disabled).

Dr.. McFarland has been able to diagnose and treat my problems when no other surgeon could. I have had great results and recommend him to anyone with spine or joint problems.
