Mark is a strong advocate of maintaining a healthy level of fitness in all stages of life and enjoys helping his patients achieve this or any other goals that they may have. He is also involved in strength sports and grappling sports, giving him a personal connection and perspective when treating athletes who are also involved in these sports. Mark earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. He is currently a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is also certified in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy. Mark believes that the foundation of successful treatment is through self-management strategies coupled with patient education which is tailored specifically for each patient. Mark makes an effort to educate each patient so that they can not only resolve their current issue, but also help prevent future pain or on injuries.
