Want someone who doesn't follow medical practice guidelines? Want someone who rejects evidence-based medical practice? Want someone who prescribes things the FDA says not to prescribe? Want someone who wants your $$$ more than your wellbeing? It is true, you will wait hours for him, hut that is because he can bill for longer, more complex visits while everyone waits for him to get that $$$. It is very much about $$$, and he tries hard to keep his patients close because a second opinion causes him lots of issues, so don't expect an easy referral to a specialist.

If you want a doctor that will just prescribe you medicine and get you in and out of the office in 5 minutes then Dr McNabb is not for you. The one-star ratings are from those people. I can tell you EXACTLY why they gave him a bad rating. They waited too long to see him. But trust me, he is worth the wait. Brace yourselves. You’re not going to believe this...but this doctor....cares about his patients. That’s right. It’s not just about the money for McNabb. He loves his work and he loves his patients. Think about how many times a hospital has called you inquiring about a bill. Now try to remember if there was ever a time that someone followed up after a hospital stay to say “how are you feeling?” Dr McNabb follows up with his patients. And, from my personal experience, he stays connected with you after recommending you to a specialist to make sure you are progressing. If he is not satisfied with that progress, then he will dig a little deeper until a resolution to your health problems… can be found. So, yes, if you have an appointment for later in the day, I would recommend calling the office ahead of time. McNabb can run behind quite a bit at times. But that’s because he might need to spend a little more time with some patients to get a better understanding of what’s going wrong with their health. Trust me. This guys the real deal. However, if your time is more valuable than your health, this doctor is not for you. Maybe try convenient care.

Dr McNabb is very thorough and professional. He cares about his patients.
