My husband and I are both regular patients of Dr. McNamara and have been for over 10 years. We get regular cleanings and I have had 2 bone grafts. My experience at this office is that Dr. McNamara and his staff explain in great detail what your treatment needs and options are, and welcome additional questions both at the office, and on the phone if further questions arise. I have received excellent care, including some localized periodontal treatment and 2 implants, and continue to be a maintenance patient.

Dr. McNamara is outstanding. Never have I trusted a periodontist or dentist more and I have been fortunate to have found him and have been a patient for over 6 years. Most honest, ethical, professional doctor I have ever come across, no wonder they have been in practice for over 30 years in the same location. Never discussed status or maintainence plan, executed very expensive solution without discussing alternatives. His plan failed and was inconsistent with other opinions

Dr. McNamara attempted a dental implant. After approximately $10,000 (his fees and general dentist fees related to his work) and three years the implant is still not finished. The first attempt failed completely and had to be redone. The placement of the implant on the second attempt is so bad that the implant may not be useable.
