Dr. Mark Delmar Miller

I love everything about them, except I needed an emergency extraction early morning and they quoted me one price twice. Once on the phone and once when I arrived. (After knowing exactly what needed to be done.) They waited until they knew how much pain I was in, how bad the infection was and got me injected with the numbing meds then receptionist comes in saying my total will be higher. Considering I didn't have insurance it was a big difference. At this point I didn't have much choice and they knew it. I consider this a deceptive, unfair and abusive act. I will have much more work to be done and would love to come back, but this might be what prevents my return. Make sure you triple check what they quoted or you might be surprised as well. Everything else was amazing! Dr Miller did call me later that evening as well.

My experiences with the surgeries that I have had under Dr. Miller's care have been positive ones. Dr. Miller and his staff treated me with utmost care and consideration throughout both my procedures. Apparently, having been cold and shivering during my wisdom teeth removal, I woke up from sedation with a blanket draped over me. After my surgeries, Dr. Miller called me personally to check on me and to make sure I was doing well. Upon finding out that I had become very sick due to sensitivity to the pain medication prescribed, he gave me sound advise to both stop the pain resulting from the surgery and to stop from being sick. I would definitely recommend Dr. Miller and his staff to friends and family needing to have oral surgery done!

My son had his wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Miller. We were overall satisfied with everything except the outrageous price. Even with great dental insurance, I ended up paying over half the price out of pocket. I was totally misled about this in their office. For that reason, in all consciousness, I could not recommend his dental service.

I was treated horribly after the removal of my wisdom teeth. I was not ready to be discharged from their care after anesthesia but they shoved me, unconscious, into a car anyway. I have seen vets treat the animals in their care with more respect. Dr. Miller even refused follow up care. It was the worst medical experience of my life and I hope to never experience another like it.
