Dr. Mark Louis Miller, DO

Great for myself and my children! Wonderful bedside manners, listens to what I have to say and doesn't rush away! Truly cares about his patients!

Long story as short as possible... My husband is showing signs of Hodgkins Lymphoma (according to a plasma donation agency who examined him and got denied bc of his symptoms). We made an appointment for him with Dr. Miller, who is an amazing doctor! However, his staff as of 2019 is not so amazing. We arrived 6 minutes late to his appointment bc of heavy traffic, the girl at the front desk named Brittany was really rude and denied him. She then said Dr. Miller has no appointments available except for same day call/walk in. My husband works mon-sat 7am-5pm so this of course was impossible. He started coughing up blood about a week later which made us concerned, he asked me to call again and try to make a doctors appointment (He’s a little stubborn and refused to let me take him to the ER), so I called Dr. Millers office again and the same girl named Brittany answered the phone. I told her what was going on so she then proceeds to put me on hold, and another lady came on the line a few… minutes later and said “hello?” Which obviously made me think she didn’t even want to give me the time of day so transferred me to somebody else. They then passed me back and fourth a few times before I spoke with the nurse who said there’s nothing they can do for him there. This staff is awfully rude and it’s a shame because Dr. Miller is such a great doctor.
