Dr. Mark Milner is a board-certified ophthalmologist with 37 years of experience treating eye conditions and performing specialized surgical procedures. He earned his medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University Alan and Marlene Norton College of Medicine and completed his ophthalmology residency at the prestigious New York Eye and Ear Infirmary.
