Dr. Mark William Minor, MD

Dr Minor is hands down, one of the best physicians I have known. Very academic, listens, caring, and a expert in his specialty. He is certainly an asset to the community with the excellent care he delivers.

I ALWAYS get the best of care at Dr. Mark Minor's office. As soon as my vitals were finished I got a nebulizer treatment. Swabbed to send for cultures. I drop it off at lab on the way home. I now have ann additional inhaler to use with my current one. He gave it to me free. He gave me free meds for the nebulizer he is lending me from his office until mine comes to our house. My nurse is new to his practice - she was amazed that he lent me an office nebulizer. Dr. Minor is one of my best doctors, he's a troubleshooter and most generous. I'm so BLESSED.

Doctor Minor is the most through, and out of the box smartest Doctors I have ever encountered. I couldn't ask for a better doctor in his field of work. Again PURE GENIOUS . He has correctly diagnosed me with other non related illnesses in his scope of profession.

As an senior, and a lifelong asthmatic, I have really well and been very active under Dr. Minor's care. I recommend him to every asthma sufferer I know. Nice guy, too!

Dr. Minor and his staff TRULY care about my child. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him, his nurse, and the rest of the staff. Highly, highly recommend Dr. Minor!!

Went to see Dr. Minor recently for allergy testing. Never saw Dr. Minor but 30 seconds popping his head in the door and saying hello, then his staff did all of my testing, and his staff told me what I responded to. Then, Dr. Minor pops back in for I swear no more than 3 minutes to tell me what the tech doing the test already told me. He asked if I had pets and I said yes, I just got a cat. His reply, "well, why did you do THAT?!" I can see where IF I had responded to pet allergies, but I didn't. His tone was very self-consumed and elitist in my opinion and I have never seen such poor bedside manner. In the end, the medication he prescribed for me (Nasonex and Zyrtec) were written for brand name when I specifically told him my insurance would only authorise generics. He just seemed like he had no time for questions as if he already gave me all the attention my insurance had paid for. Ridiculously arrogant and $120 my expense for 3:30 seconds of his time. Yes, the allergy testing was… done, which shown I was allergic to pine trees. WOW...

I have been seeing Dr. Minor for allergy issues for some time. I am one of the unfortunate few that is allergic to just about about every thing that grows out of the ground but isn't eaten, if it walks on more than two legs, and if it buzzes around the air and stings me...off to the ER. Dr. Minor and his staff have made my life a lot easier.

Needs to acquire people skills such as active listening, requesting what patients' questions might be. Spent a lot of time and money pursuing what he wanted to and had to get adamant to address what my doctor referred me to him to address. Once I became more adamant, he slowed down and listened, dealt with my concerns. He did uncover a condition I was unaware I had. My suspicion is he is overworked as there are few allergists in this area.
