Dr. Mark Alan Moran, MD

The doctors and his NP are all great. The only annoying thing is you MUST see him every 30 days. Not a scheduled appointment on the 32 day every 30 days. If you are within a few days if your 30 days they still will not fill your script. So make sure you get there about every 20 days to avoid the silence. Nurses will not call you and tell you to come in. Nurses never answer questions promptly and you must drive there and ask them face to face what the issue is. It’s very frustrating.

I suppose he is a good dr. I only saw him for my first visit and then procedure day when he seemed to forget why my health issue is. Getting refills called in is horrible even after going to an appt. The office forgets and then says sorry each time but doesn't fix it. I've never gotten a call back when they said they would. It shouldn't be this hard to get help.

Dr Moran is great, but his nurses are always in a great mood and light up your day. I had Teresa and her smile and attitude were great, she genuinely cares about patients. I definitely recommend

9 years a patient of dr Moran. Although very egotistical, I felt he always listened to what I had to say and treated me successfully for all my pain. However in the last year, the office has changed. It is harder to see him personally even though I always ask for him. I come to the office expecting that appointment but am fobbed off on an assistant. Last appointment with dr Moran, he counseled me that there were more deserving patients of his time than I. Which may be true, however I make a determined effort to ask for that appointment. If it is not convenient, please give me a day and time that is. The office is and has always been hard to navigate. Employees are very friendly and kind but with some issues they just suck

I've been seeing Dr Moran for almost 5 years, he is great and good staff to. I just had some shots and Teresa takes great care of me. She made sure I was comfortable and not hurting.

A poor review for this person is not low enough. This doctor outright lied to me. He said my insurance didn't cover X-rays, which was a total lie! He then charged my insurance for a Depression Evaluation, I'm guessing because someone called him out. I will never recommend this dr. to anyone......Not even my enemy, if I had one. The next day I went to a Real Doctor and had a torn tendon. Mark Moran needs training on how to relate to people and check his facts before opening his mouth.

First time to see Dr Mark Moron for bad back and other issues. He really cares about his patients I feel they treated me with the same courtesy they would give their own family.He achieved a helpful pain management for me .I will encourage all to have patience its a body and it tends to put us in uncertain conditions Doctors are human can only do so much.And up to us for the rest of our own care for our body
