I recently had a procedure and was very impressed with the care I received from start to finish. The entire team was professional, kind, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. The preparation instructions were clear, and the procedure itself was quick and painless. The staff took the time to answer my questions and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I saw this man years ago and he had rhe worst bedside manner at my consult appt. ….yelled at me “what do you want me to do!” when I was telling him my symptoms. First red flag, but went ahead and let him do my endoscopy. I woke io in the middle if procedure and moaned because I had a tube down my throat and i distinctly remember him telling me to “shut up” before giving me more anethesia. Horrible patient care!!!! Would never recommend him to anyone despite any expertise he has.

Dr. Murray is great...informative and listens well. The entire staff was smiling and friendly the whole time, yet very efficient too. We used this facility for 5 family colonoscopies over the years, and will continue to do so.
