Wonderful doctor and staff at toledo PEDS GI.

Dr. Nadaff does not listen to his patients and parents. With all the research that shows that digestive diseases are caused in part by diet, he repeatedly tells me that it does not matter what my child eats. He tells me that changing his diet will not help with his UC. Every time we have to go in for an appointment I feel like he is scolding me when I mention that we have changed the diet and have reduced sugar.

My daughter initially went to another doctor in the practice. He was fine enough. Dr. Naddaf was the doctor who performed the scope and biopsy on my daughter. He was kind and thorough in his explanations. As it turns out, our original doctor left the practice for a different opportunity and we became Dr. Naddaf's patient. My daughter and I both preferred him and his bedside manner. I loved that he talked directly to my daughter and asked her questions. He was always professional. Always took as much time as we needed for explanations and answering questions. ALL of the office staff is just wonderful. So pleasant. So helpful. We were sad to have to move away from the area because we were so happy with the care and service we always received from Dr. Naddaf and staff.

After reading the negative reviews from a few years ago I was apprehensive to go to this appointment. To my surprise the whole staff was amazing with my 4 yr old! From the time we walked in the door and talked with the receptionist all the way to the nurses and doctor everyone was very professional. The doctor did his assessment talked with us for a bit and then had the nurse finalize all interventions. Some might consider this wrong but he has a lot of patients to see and the nurses are more than educated and take all the time you need to go over things :)

Dr. Mark Naddaf is NOT a professional and was beyond in appropriate to me in front of my son and a 4 year resident student. I will never take my child to him again and do not recommend anyone to do so...regardless of his medical background. There are many other pediatric GI specialists to choose from. My son was very scared leaving his office and I reported him to the hospital administrators.

I think he a very wonderful doctor. He makes my son very comfortable, talks to him like a person not like a number!!!! Explains everything wonderfully! I would never change doctors.We got a life changing diagnosis and he made transition easy!!

Doesn't follow up on my daughter. While I understand her condition is very complex, he does not seem to be willing to do what is needed to find an accurate diagnosis. Would rather blame her issues on behaviour rather than getting to the bottom of the problem. Doesn't really hear parent concern or dismisses them with out merit.
