Dr. Parker is an amazing man and an amazing surgeon! I wear a Butt Hut T-shirt with pride. Karen, his nurse, however is a different story. The day after a surgical follow up appointment with Dr. Parker, I noticed some issues and had some major concerns. I called his office and was given Karen. Karen was very dismissive and told me that my appointment had gone well and to not worry. I continued to express my concerns and once again she dismissed me and told me to be sure to make my next follow up appointment for the following month. The next day I went to another practice for a second opinion and am so glad I did. My new surgeon told me if I would had waited the month, I would have gone septic. Two weeks after my conversation with Karen, I had colostomy surgery performed by my new surgeon and now have to wear a bag to save my life. I hated to leave Dr.Parker’s care, but had I not listened to my gut, Karen’s dismissal of my concerns could have cost me my life.

I came to Dr Parker expecting to possible have a a permanent bag after colon surgery. But Dr Parker did a marvelous job..no bag at all!! I highly recommend him!! He's friendly besides being a 5 star doctor in practice!!!

Christian doctor who sincerely cares for his patients. Helped me through my journey with colon cancer a few years ago through quick & accurate diagnosis, recommendation of great oncologist & radiologist, and continuous support & encouragement. I can give no higher recommendations!!!
