Dr. Mark Edward Parsons, MD

I was a patient of this doctor for almost ten years. Until at my last appt. he refused to refill my meds. I asked to be tapered off my meds, but he declined. I was left to suffer from withdrawals and now am in extreme chronic pain. I would not wish this on my worst enemy!

After being his patient for many years, he had prescribed Hydrocodone and Zanax for my long term Chronic Pain Condition. On a recent appt he said he would no longer refill my prescriptions unless I signed a document surrendering my Constitutional Rights and Freedoms. He said that if I did not sign, and give him Urine Samples for Drug Screening, he would no longer refill my medications. I refused and so did he. I asked him to at least Taper me off the pain medication and he refused. Additionally, when I tried to communicate with him in writing, he informed me he would not answer any of my inquiries or letters that I sent to him!
