If I could make this review - I would unfortunately I had to select a star. This facility is trash and so are the people working in it. I have never been treated this poorly in the healthcare field. Dr. Pellegrino, Dr. Shakir, and Natalie Groff all trash. The need to find new careers. I honestly have too much to even type so just trust me when I say stay away!!!!!!!

I drove over a hour to get there and was exactly 3 minutes late so they said I could not be seen. Office girls were very ignorant to me! I never went back!

Saw Dr. Pellegrino one time after initial visit. the rest of my visits were always to a PA who treats you like a drug addict and has no idea what they are doing. This practice is a glorified cattle schute. All the want is their visit fee and to renew ur meds. They have no interest in solving your pain issues!

Dr. Pelligrino is wonderful . A caring and concerned doctor. His office staff is a whole different story. They are so rude and their facial expressions are childish i. e. rolling their eyes when you try to explain something to them. Get a new office staff and you have a great place to go to . People are in pain or they wouldn't go there and they treat you like your just an annoyance.

Has only treatment that worked on my fibro. A great staff!

The sent my biopsies to the wrong lab, apologies, offered a free "do-over," but now they're trying to make me pay for Dr. Pellegrino's services again. He was already paid for the botched biopsies last summer by my insurance company. DO NOT BECOME A PATIENT HERE. You will be treated badly!!!

Horrible, he twisted my body so hard, went right from his office to the emergency room with back spasms.

Dr.Pellegrino has always been a very caring Doctor and with all my visits with him he has always listened to me. He diagnosed me with fibromyalgia quite a few years ago and does everything he can to help me be comfortable. I would absolutely refer anyone to him that suffers with Fibromyalgia.

Dr Pelligrino is wonderful! I found him on wed MD and was so excited to find a dr who had fibromyalgia. He was very helpful and understanding. The problems are 1. Very important I NEVER got to see him after my first 2 apts. I was shoved to a physicians assistant and every time I asked to see the dr I couldn't. I always had to go thru her. She was knowledgeable but treated me like a drug addict which I'm sure they get lots of people for that reason but I don't take and didn't want any narcotics. She had a hard bedside manner. 2. I was treated HORRIBLY by a receptionist who was filling in on someone's lunch break. She didn't check me in and I was 10 mins early. Their policy is u can't be I think 10 mins late to see the PA or u have to reschedule. I was there in a full on fibro flare. In serious pain. Instead of her saying she made a mistake she lied and said I was late. They refused to see me. I asked to speak w an office manager. He was on vacation. I got to see who was in charge for… the day but was made to wait 15 minutes in the waiting room crying. I was so upset because it took everything I had to just get there that day. He finally took me back in another room (mind you the waiting room was FULL at least 15 people staring) he went back again I was told no. I told him the story I had my check in folder ...he said wait you had your folder? Yes. Well then you were here on time and we will see you. My apt was at 1pm. I got out of there at 3:30pm. The girl did not apologize either. She was even more rude when I left. I schedule my next apt. I was terrified and canceled and rescheduled 2 other times both of which I canceled because of the extreme anxiety I had to go back. Needless to say I got a letter in the mail that they FIRED ME! What???? Really!!!! I am not allowed to call or contact the office in anyway. I truly feel Dr PELLIGRINO has no idea how people are being treated by his staff. Oh the other thing is good luck if you call getting someone an actual person to answer the phone to try and cancel or reschedule. And then NO ONE ever calls you back. Oh we have problems with are answering machine is always the answer. And then they change your meds like my sleeping pills ....I could never get them refilled correctly or at all. They always messed it up or never called it in. Which really messed with me being able to sleep. The doctor is phenomenal but the place is horrible. You are treated like a number and not only that ...a number who is a drug addict.

Twisted my body, had to grab his arm so I wouldn't fall. Severe spams in ribs, could not breath. Ribs were sore for a week. Also bruises on injured ankle and knee.
