Dr. Mark Stephen Pfaff, DO

Dr Pfaff is very good at what he does Never had problems with his professional or medical advice ! However some staff (check in ) do not meet the standards of his professionalism !

If you're not used to Dr. P he might come across as cold or dismissive, but he's very efficient and he's been doing it long enough to know what's important so even if I might feel a little rushed, I still wouldn't want to go to a different doc for any reason.

complain i was hurting after my surgery he seem very unconcerned never checked me out like oh well

Dr P is straightforward with me about my options. He doesn't want to operate unless it's the best option and he doesn't prescribe any unnecessary meds. I just love him and his staff to pieces.

went to him years ago when i needed knee surgery, everything was great. cut to today with a dislocated shoulder and he has turned into a rude dismissive person that not only seems like he is trying to get you in and out as quickly as possible, pushing you off on physical therapy and another appointment. hardly looks are your file and spouts off stuff i can google online. do yourself a favor and save your time and money.

Dr phaff is an excellent se he walks you threw your treatment plan I had injuries to my shoulder and foot an ankle and had been other places but with no help since I've seen him hes doing everything to take care of me he has the best attitude and the office staff are so nice I appreciate all that hes done for me before my surgery and after I would give him a 10+

Dr. Pfaff is very knowledgeable and told me exactly how it is instead of sugar footing around the problem. He has true morals since he wanted to help me conservatively instead of just cutting my knee open! When you have a lot of responsibilities its hard to just take off a few weeks for a surgery you don't even want to have but other doctors say that you need. He has helped me to return to my normal activities and really helped me get back to being active again. This man is the king of the knee arthritis! I have referred several members of my family to him for many things, broken bones, shoulder pain, hip pain, and all other manner of things. Everyone has loved his treatment plans. His office staff is top notch! Sara and Ashley really go above and beyond for you!

Dr Pfaff has always been 5 star with my treatment and service!
