Dr Puckett misled me. He said he was doing a dry needling procedure. And he said it would be the cost of an office visit. The day of the procedure I waited for an hour and when he came in he asked if he could use an anesthetic in the needle. This was supposed to be a dry needling in my piriformis tendon...so I asked him about risks to nerves...could it make my condition worse...etc..... Oh no he said everything would be fine. So I let him do it. Afterwards,...this cost me $300...not the cost of an office visit he said. Also...I began to have excruciating pain when I road my bicycle. I also starting having sciatica. I had to give up bicycling for a year and a half. I had trouble walking and my pain increased dramatically after the procedure. It's been two years and things have gotten progressively worse. I never had pain walking before this...now I've had progressive weakness in the involved leg and have trouble walking. Later on I found out that he used Lidicaine… in the so-called dry needling prolotherapy treatment he marketed to me. I would never have agreed to that up front. I don't think he is a good Doctor. I also think he is dishonest and wreckless with his patients' health.

Dr Mark Puckett saved my life. He cares for his patients and listens. He is the best Dr I have ever had. Thank you Dr Puckett!
