A Amazing Doctor, Dr. Ramirez takes the time to talk to you and get to know you. He explains what the issues are and most importantly...he takes the time to listen. Very thorough in his approach and his office staff is so very kind and helpful. i cannot recommend him enough. Thanks Doc for taking such good care of me and my family.

I had to find a new doctor after my wonderful doctor passed away. The first time I went to Dr Ramirez, I spent an hour with a Nurse Practitioner in training taking my medical history but they weren't concerned with my records from the previous doctor. Then Dr Ramirez comes in, says a quick Hello, then tells the NP what to tell me. Next time I saw an Internal. Another hour with her while my grandson is sitting in the waiting room. Again he talks to her to tell her what to tell me. Not they type of a doctor that you could have a working relationship with.

For me, Dr. Mark Ramirez is someone that cares for his patients, but not only is patient; he also treats his staff with respect. I can trust in his treatment plan, his advice. You won't have to worry about waiting around, my appointments have always been on time, I’m sure there are days when patients may need longer time, and he will also give you that time. His office cares about more than just billing, they take care of the person first. I recommend Dr. Mark Ramirez. I'm grateful to have someone that cares.

Office Staff are very polite. Expecially because insurances are very confusing with need of referrals etc. They are always helpful trying to communicate with insurances.

Went to see Dr Ramirez just for my leg but he took the time to get to know me as a person and explain the medicine I was taking and plan completion of a physical and screening for cancer etc. Even got a flu shot. Then discussed my leg.

Dr. Ramirez has always been very caring and compassionate to my son. He has been our family’s doctor for a long time. He’s the only doctor my son actually likes to see and feels comfortable being around. He always makes sure to address all of my concerns and needs towards my son and I always leave knowing my son is well taken care of. Sometimes it takes a bit of time to get in to see him but his office staff is great about trying to fit you in if you need an urgent appointment.
