Mark has been our family doctor and allergist for over 10 years. His staff is a pleasure to deal with and Mark is by far and away the best doctor we have ever had.

My family has been under his care for years. He truly cares for his patients; giving excellent care with a true blend of respect and grace.

Dr. Randolph and Staff are Awesome!! Dr. Randolph takes genuine concern for your health. He or his staff will also call you the next day to ensure you are doing better. I also find that when I have an emergency, the team works to get me in the same day!! AWESOME...

I like this doctor. He is friendly and just we were looking for in a family doctor: smart, easy to talk to, and works to find solutions for our health issues and concerns.

My former doctor no longer took patients under 65. He suggested Dr Randolph. I was so glad he did. While I loved my former dr to death, dr Randolph is just as great! He spends a great deal of time with you, staff is friendly and helpful, follow up is great, NO WAITING for me...EVER! Not sure if everyone is so lucky but I sure am happy!

it seems he is only interested in me only when i'm at the clinic. he does not care about what i want or need as a patient when it's an inconvenience for him. i have chosen to move on to another doctor.

Been at his office 4 times already, and honestly can't think of one negative thing about this physician. He is a great listener, very polite and friendly. He lets you take all the time you need asking questions, and his answers are straight, factual, easily understood. Absolutely no pressure. Like all doctors, he inspires you to lead a healthier lifestyle, but his manner of doing it is very down to earth. His care for your health is genuine; I've always left an office visit feeling blessed that we've found this doctor. As a bonus, his office staff is also very friendly, and the time in the waiting room is minimal. Never waited for more than 15 minutes by appointment. Overall excellence.

Dr. Randolph has been absolutely great for me. He takes the time to really listen to how you are feeling and your concerns. Instead of just handing out a prescription and sending you on your way, he explains your symptoms and medication needed in a way that is easy to understand. He is not judgemental in anyway and makes your concerns his own. In addition to seeing him due to sickness and pains, I get allergy shots from his office and I have never felt better. Even now that I live an hour and a half away from his office, I still get my shots from him and make the trip to San Marcos whenever I need a doctor. So relieved to have found him.
