Dr Rechnic did carpal tunnel surgery on both my hands. I had very good results.

Does not listen to your concerns or what your desired outcome is. And when you tell him what you want, he doesn't tell you if he can or cannot do it, total crapshoot as to what you are going to get when you finally get to change bandages.....Been two weeks and I am more depressed today by what he did/didn't do than I was 48 hours after surgery. He is a hack with a scalpel and super glue!

Horrid experience with a condescending, non hygienic MD.

Dr. Rechnic did a complicated surgery on my leg. He introduced my wife and I to the assisting surgeon before the surgery. He thoroughly explained to us the procedure, recuperation time and parameters. During my surgery, which was on a Sat., Dr. Rechnic made sure my wife was kept informed of the progress as it was a lengthy surgery. He decided to release me a couple days earlier than he had projected. He made certain my wife understood the necessary care and procedures to look after me. On the day of my release he called our home a few hours later to make sure my we were doing ok and to let us know to call anytime if not sure of a procedure for after care or a concern. Absolutely would recommend him to others in fact my stepson went to Dr. Rechnic for a fractured bone in his hand after my surgery.

I went to Dr. Rechnic to check a lipoma on my left thigh. He was very honest and told me that I would be changing a bump for a scar and that it would be fine to just let it be. Sounds like a tiny thing but it was bothering me quite a bit. My mom was in town, so I asked to be scheduled to have it removed soon and his staff was very accommodating. It's been three weeks and my leg looks amazing. Of course, there is a cut, but it's super straight, smaller than I thought it would be and it's healing beautifully. He sent my lump to check, as I begged him to and it just came back with the result he told me it would be just by touching it before: just a fat mass. I'd definitely recommend Dr. Rechnic.
