I recently had my second ankle surgery with Dr. Mark Reed, following a full ankle replacement he performed earlier. The second procedure was needed due to bone spurs developing around the implant, which had been causing significant pain. During surgery, he also identified additional issues that he was able to address. I’m incredibly grateful to have been in his care through both procedures. Dr. Reed is highly skilled and efficient, and you feel that confidence immediately. Just as important, he brings a calm, reassuring presence to every interaction. He takes the time to listen, clearly explain what’s going on, and walk you through the plan without ever making you feel rushed. His bedside manner truly stands out—genuinely kind, attentive, and thoughtful. His entire care team reflects that same level of professionalism and compassion. From start to finish, I felt supported and in very good hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Reed to anyone needing ankle or orthopedic care.
