He was very kind, courteous and truly acted like he cared. Very compassionate. He was very emphatic that if he couldn't relieve symptoms, even though I was a candidate for surgery, that he would not do it. He would not perform surgery just for the sake of doing it. He ordered a test that would confirm whether or not surgery would help. Had the surgery, excellent results, do not have any of the symptoms that I had prior to surgery.

Dr. Renfro's follow up after surgery was poor; post-surgery appointment was rushed. He did not sign approval from provider for follow up care.

Dr. is known as the slice and dice doctor. He doesn't take time to diagnosis or follow up. All about how many patient he can get paid for. He didn't follow up after cultures were positive for infection after surgery causing patient to suffer more surgeries and the loss of nerves. Seek another Dr. take the time to see someone that will treat you as there mother instead of a stray dog......the person suffering.
