Dr. Mark Alan Rich, MD

Dr. Rich is a phenomenal doctor and surgeon. Being a first time mom and having my son need surgery was very stressful for me, but having Dr. Rich talk me through the procedure step by step and him be so loving to my son and caring made me feel calm and trusting to him. I will forever recommend him to others and hope you read this and decide to make him your child’s pediatric urologist. I want to say a big Thank you to Dr. Rich and his amazing team behind him!

It is a little difficult to get an appointment scheduled, but that's only because he is a high demand doctor. He genuinely cares about my child and his recovery. My child typically does not care for doctors, but he has grown very fond of Dr. Rich.

If I came to work late I would get in trouble. The parking lot of Neumours was empty and we had an 8 a.m. appt. We didn't even get seen till 8:50 a.m. and Dr. Rich only spent 2 mintues in the office. I drove 1 hour 30 mintues and there wasn't even an apology. To stroll into work whenever a doctor feel like is wrong. What even worse is the double booking someone always pay the price for other. As a working mom, I don't have an understanding boss. If I was late to work I would have gotten written up. A docotr should be the same way. The overbooking has to stop. I know that medical is a business, but so is good manners. We are the customers!
