Dr. Mark Allen Richards, MD

I am diabetic and was in the office for a routine visit. I told Dr. Richards & his assistant the prescriptions I needed refilled and they said they would take care of it. Well, three days later, no prescriptions had been sent in, so I called the office to let them know that I needed these because I would run out over the weekend and they still did not send them in. I was without my medication all weekend. My husband & I both called the office on Monday and finally about 4:00pm they got sent in, but I can't get them until Tuesday as my pharmacy would be closed before I could get there. This is no way for a doctor to treat his patient, especially one that needs the medicine to survive. I would not recommend this doctor!

Great bedside manner. He spends time with his patients.

Office wait time horrible. Staff doesn't make referrals for months if they don't lose your paperwork, billing always messed up, staff is rude and Dr seems to care less.

Dr. Richards was helpful with several issues I was wondering about. He zoned in on a Vitamin D deficiency that was a source of fatigue.
