He is a wonderful doctor he listens God Bless you always

My mother tried to ask questions and Dr. Richardson was rude and shut her down. He doesn't like to be questioned. This is affecting my father's care. With the changes to CMS and TJC these days, it's critical to listen and answer questions. I'm very disappointed in Dr. Richardson.

He examined me in 2017, I went back in 2018. I needed a physician who will work with me. He has not, even told me to my face that I do not have osteo arthritis, when I really do. I have the xrays to prove it since 2007. He took my head and twisted it from side to side and that night as I got into bed I had a sharp pain go down my spine. Would not recommend him to anyone.

I really like Dr Richardson and feel that he is a good doctor. However, his staff can be friendly one day and rude the next. Also they seem to have trouble with billing and when you ask for their help getting it resolved they either A. Become very rude or B. Act nicely say they will take care of it and then they don't. I would like to stay with Dr Richardson but I'm about to the point where I'm going to have to find a new physician whose office staff has more integrity.

Extremly long waiting times, the staff was rather rude. They have problems with billing as well. Dr. is good , when you get in though.
