Dr. Mark Joseph Richman, MD

I suffered a fall and I was given an x - ray and pain medication. After a few weeks of continuous pain I went back to see Dr Richman and he basically told me there was nothing wrong with me. I had to schedule my own MRI appointment because his nurse never answers her phone. The lack of concern was horrible. I finally found a doctor who treated my injury and didn't have such a dry personality.

I'm going to make Dr. Richman my primary doctor.

My PCP passed away so I saw his affiliate, Dr. Richman. I was not impressed by his personality hard to communicate with. I left msg with his nurse before noon yesterday & she returned my call 24 hrs later. I called the ofc said she was in same day. Was on important phone call today couldn't hang up but I returned her call ASAP. Two hrs later no call. Would not recommend Dr. Richman

Dr Richman is a very good doctor. I live about 30 miles from his office but its worth the drive. I have always found his office to be very clean and the equipment didn't seem to be out dated. His staff is always polite and friendly. The only thing I would change is the front desk staff. There is a lady that has worked the front desk for some time now and she has the personality of a turnip. She is not rude per say but is nowhere near being friendly. Dr richman always sees that my medicine is refilled and he always runs the necessary tests and pays close attention to lab values. He's one of the best.

Office was nasty equipment worn. Don't go to bathroom it had feces smeared on the wall in womans room. Dr was uncaring unconcerned and and seem just there to make a buck.
