Dr. Mark Henry Richter, MD

Dr Richter is and has been our family Dr for about 8 years. He took care of my dying mother after she moved back to MI. She adored him. He spent more time with her than one would expect of a very busy PCP and would call late after office hours to see how she was holding up. He treats my sin, my husband and myself. Yes, the wait time to see him can be a little long, but that is because he spends quality time with his patients and doesn't run his practice like a production line. I would rather wait and be assured that I will receive adequate attention when it's my time to see him. He is respectful, kind and caring. I have yet to meet any other Dr or nurse who has worked with him that doesn't hold him in very high esteem. I would and do recommend him to anyone looking for quality health care. I have never had any issue with any of his staff. I am grading off of the categories a 5 because I believe that the quality of care out balances any inconvenience of having to wait to see him.

Dr. Richter is fantastic. He is always there for you and makes you feel like you are not wasting his time. He listens, he helps, he does everything he can for you.

I have been seeing Doctor Richter for many years. He is the best doctor I have ever had in my life. I would highly recommend him. Sometimes, you have to wait a bit, but he is always worth it. He has treated my mom, uncle, aunt and late grandmother. He has truly been a family doctor.

Love this doctor! Does run late but that is only because he takes his time and really listens! Only down side to this practice is the receptionist...Very rude! Something needs to be done about her! But I would 100% recommend this doctor to everyone!

This Doctor is the best I have seen. Very good at what he does. The thing that should happen now is they have to team up and find away to get faster. Once tey get faster moving patients in and nobody will beat this doctor for care. I will let the doctor figure out how to become faaster.

He is a very good doctor, but very hard to get in to see. I have been a pt. with him ever since he took over the practice from Dr. Selman. His front desk help is very rude so I had quit going for quite a few years. You couldn't find a better doctor so I went back. I guess in order to see a good doctor I will have to put up with the rudeness of his front desk help.

I am fond of Dr Richter but his staff are not the most comforting or polite people when dealing with the public.

There was a mistake made by office staff which cost me $300 and Dr. Richter stood by this girl who made the error and I found out later was his babysitter. Shouldn't let bias enter into business relationship. Office staff is a reflection of the dr. or business. Would not recommend!!

He is one of the most caring Drs. I left him for awhile and could not wait to get back to his office. I found he is above the other Drs I haqd gone to. His office staff is awesome.
