From the moment he entered the room, Dr. Ringer demonstrated a calm, level-headed presence that immediately inspired confidence. He took the time to listen, showed genuine empathy, and communicated clearly throughout my care. In addition to his outstanding bedside manner, he was an extremely skilled clinician. I am deeply grateful for his expertise and compassion and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of emergency medical care.

Great doctor especially if you're bringing in an older family member or friend. He took time to answer all my dad's questions and explained things well. I know my dad was nervous and hates hospitals so it was nice that Dr ringer was the one to see him. My dad felt much better after asking his questions and getting a better idea of what was going on.

I’m very thankful for the care I received from Dr. Ringer during my ER visit. He was attentive and thorough, making sure all my concerns were addressed. He explained my treatment clearly and gave me helpful guidance for follow-up at home. His kindness and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier.

I brought my elderly father to Pomona Valley Hospital for evaluation and was seen by Dr. Mark Ringer. Unfortunately, our experience with him was deeply disappointing. During the evaluation, Dr. Ringer was rude, dismissive, and made my father feel like a burden. He downplayed my father’s symptoms and implied that he should not have come to the ER. Unsatisfied with the care provided, we sought a second opinion at USC, where another physician conducted a thorough evaluation. A CT scan ordered there revealed a hemorrhage, which was missed during our visit to Pomona Valley. We don’t typically leave reviews, but given these findings and the discomfort caused by Dr. Ringer’s behavior, we feel it is important to share our experience so others are aware. If you have also experienced substandard care or mistreatment from this physician, we strongly encourage you to report your concerns. It could save a life.
