Excellent Doctor, Excellent service and staff Dr. Rivera and his staff at the Beverly Hills location are professionals . The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with all my questions. This was my first time in their clinic and i was confused on how my insurance worked. They explained the process thoroughly.Since the office was a bit busy, I didn't expect the doctor to spend much time with me, but I was wrong. Dr. Rivera came in, answered all my questions and helped me feel comfortable. He even showed me a video of what's going to happen and reviewed it step by step with me . He explained everything thoroughly and was very reassuring.

I called the clinic while I was in pain and Dr. Mark Rivera made room to see me, that shows what a Dr. with good ethics has to do for a person suffering in pain. I highly recommend Dr. Mark Rivera to everyone.

Dr. Rivera used to be my doctor. Then he moved to Los Angeles which is 2 hours away from my house. Since then, im having a hard time finding another doctor like him. I am on my 3rd doctor's office, but I only see his assistant. Dr. Rivera is an outstanding doctor, and always gives me the time and attention that I need at every visit. He is thorough, listens to my concern and check up on me from time to time.

His training and background gave me the confidence that I found my doctor. I had spent a year looking for a doctor who would blow me away with their work. I came across Dr. Rivera and I am so thankful that I did. He is an amazing doctor that does a spectacular job with your body.

I really love this doctor. He has a great personality. When he comes in the room, we talk and he listens, he makes me feel less anxious. i get nervous with doctor's appointment. He never touch the computer inside the room. NEVER. and this is rare. With my other doctors, it's hard to keep a conversation going because they're so focused on typing. That's rude. my only complaint is the inability to get an appointment to see the same doctor without a 6 week wait.

wait time is about an hour. Good service though. He's better than the last doctor.I just wish I can see the same person eveytime.

the wait time is about 20-30 minutes. He greeted us with a smile when he walked in. he asked us questions about my problem and he answered all my questions. i like it that he explains staffs in plain english. My husband was able to understand it too and he only finished highschool. I was scared coming in but after seeing the doctor , i was releived. i am going to come back.

i used to go to another clinic at 34th street. When i needed a procedure to keep me from getting pregnant. i was sent to another clinic. He was the doctor who placed it in my arm. He explained the whole process and asked me if i have questions. I didn't feel forced. Since then i wanted to see him for my other medical problems, however i keep getting a different doctor from that clinic.
