Dr. Mark Leonard Roessler, DO

Seen him several times What a rude man He talks down to you and you're trying to answer and he'll interrupt you because it's not what he specifically asked. I've tried to just go and not let him get to me. There were several times I've thought of walking out in the middle of an appointment because the way he talked and the expressions in his face. I've finally decided it's not worth going to him I can find someone else covered under my insurance. Terribly rude!!

Dr Roessler was only interested in padding the bill. I specifically asked for him to clean my ears of wax, due to wearing hearing aids. He would not listen & kept talking. He did not respond to my request despite my stating it again! He charged Medicare $325. I will not return.

Overall a good experience. Not the most personable doctor, but answers any questions and did a good job. After my surgery I have had amazing results and feel great.

I had an appointment with the Dr. on yesterday. After reading reviews, I was skeptical about going to the appointment, but I wanted to have my own experience. The secretary was kind, because I called in the morning and she set an appointment for the same afternoon. I found it to be beneficial to print out forms and have them filled out before going to the office. The Dr. was friendly and professional. He allowed me to explain what I was going through at the time. He answered all of my questions. I would recommend that he would have the secretary to input the patients information, but although he was submitting the information in the computer, while I was in the office, he was communicating with me and giving me good advice on the next steps that I need to take to try and solve my health issue. He did give me an examination and assured me that my ears, nose and throat are fine. This was the first time I have gone to an ENT Dr. I did not need a follow-up appointment. I would recommend… Dr. Roessler. It is always important to experience a Dr. for yourself and not always rely on the reviews.

When you meet a doctor for the first time I think they should make you feel at ease. Shake your hand say hi, Im Dr. X - This was not done by Dr. Roessler. He spent more time on his computer inputting my symptoms then examining me.Not sure if Ill go back. He really needs to become more patient friendly

Whoever wrote the bad review and called him a stockbroker, you must have been feeling really bad that day. Remember that people read these reviews and that almost made me cancel my first appointment even when I was in a lot of ear pain. This doctor had a great bedside manner, caring, kind and answered every question. I came in very apprehensive and left feeling that my condition, even if it becomes serious, can be handled. He is gentle and would do well as a pediatric.

I think stock broker's profession would fit him much better.I did not like him at all and 100% agree with first comment. Very dissapointed ,no humanity in his heart or mind.I would not recommend this doctor to anyone, very selective to the patients with big walets only.It should say on his office doors.

THIS SO-CALLED "DOCTOR", IS NOT WHO I WOULD SEND MY BEST ENEMY TO. HE IS VERY RUDE, AND IS OUT FOR THE MONEY ONLY! IF YOU GO TO HIS OFFICE YOU HAVE BETTER HAVE THE INSURANCE HE ACCEPTS, OR CASH! HE IS NOT ETHICAL IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM! IF HE IS CALLED IN FOR A CONSULT FROM CENTRA STATE, HE WILL FIGHT THE NURSES AT THE HOSPITAL, TOOTH AND NAIL! HE WILL YELL AT THEM AND TELL THEM THAT THE PATIENT IS TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AT HIS OFFICE, "BECAUSE HE HAS SOMETHING ELSE TO DO"! DON'T FORGET YOUR CO-PAY, AND BY THE WAY HE COLLECTS IT UP FRONT! IF YOU DO NOT TRUST WHAT I HAVE JUST WRITTEN, BE MY GUEST AND TRY TO GET THE APPROPRIATE CARE WITH ETHICS!
