Dr. Mark Richard Rogow, MD

I was his last patient of the day. So I was not surprised when the Dr came in looking some what with out, & looked as if he needed to take a break, but he sat down rubbed his face starting at his chin up to his hair line & back down, also looking quite agitated. He sat back took a deep breath & then he lit a cigarette. I was surprised& asked " Dr Rogow are you okay? " & he just looked at me. Then finally he asked how I was doing with my medicine but when he asked me how much I take of my thyroid medicine I wasn't exactly sure, that's when he began yelling at me, & still smoking his cigarette while in the room with me, he was saying how I was dumb, how he didn't know how a person like me didn't know my medicine, he cursed at me several times during this time, that's when I started crying, I was terrified of this man, the nurse & receptionist both walk in front of the room & looked in at me but neither of them helped me, finally he said I needed to take medicine & don't ever come back. I… told him that I would never be back then I ran out. It was a traumatic experience for me. I went home & cried for a little then I told my husband what happened. He could not believe it. When the following day came he drove us over to the building where I had went to see this Dr. He took my hand & we walked in, I was afraid but he asked who I seen the day before during the time that happened so I shown him & politely he asked for the receptionist to step outside for a moment. My husband began asking him what he would do if what happened to me had happened to his wife would he just walk by & allow a man to tell & curse his wife? He said he would not & then apologized to me, then my husband went back in walked in a room where Dr Rogow was , pointed at him & told him he was lucky because he wanted to fight him & told him that he shouldn't ever have done that to me, he also told him to never do that to another patient. Then we left there for the last time. I will always smell the cigarette, & I will never forget the fear I had. I wonder if he was mean to his wife that day, or if he didn't have a wife I wonder if his temper is why. He was not a good person or Dr be careful when around or near him. Just be cautious.

I was a patient of his for a year, give or take some time. I went to Dr. Rogow for pain management. I've had many doctors, many surgeons, I thought he was a good doc, but he needed to take a break or vacation. I had no problems with him in the past, so it definitely came to me as a shock. I was his last patient of the day, it was only myself, Dr Rogow, the nurse & 2 receptionist still in the building. I was taken to the room where I was told to wait for him, I was sitting there waiting for him when he came in then sat down in what I would say in a heavy way, he seemed agitated, fed up , & would run his hand over his face while sitting back looking up. I knew something was wrong, just didn't seem to think it would affect myself. So therefore I sat quietly a d patiently for him to regain his compassion. He started to question my being on thyroid medication, he asked my dose I told him & that's when he flipped out on me, I was afraid he was going to hit me, the door was open during… all this & the nurse, n office personal walked by when I was crying But did nothing, Dr. Rogow was cursing at me in a very loud & uncontrollable way, continuing to write my scripts while telling me what he thought about my answer to the question, how much mcg of thyroid medication I taken at that time. He then began slamming his hand down on the desk, then he had just ripped up my prescriptions that he had just written out, then yelled at me to never return. I had ran out crying. My husband & I went to the office I had been seeing him at but he refused to see us, my husband confirmed who we were n why we was there. He also asked how they could just stand around listening to a patient being treated like I had been. The me was the only 1 to apologize to me. Then we left. I never seen him again. I don't know if this has happened before, I have heard that he was rude but never thought that about him. He was great up to that day. Then he changed how I see doctors. I hope he had received some help. Thank you for allowing me to share this. D

Had appointment for Aug3 was changed to sept3, was texted on Aug 30 & again on sept.1 confirming appointment, drove 70 miles round-trip, to be rudely told that app. Was cancelled a second time. Laughing told me to find a different doctor.

Dr Mark Rogow is very personable, and very thorough. He takes his time with you. He ask a lot of questions which ar pertinent. He is not a dr that writes scripts and sends you on your way. He is so thourough. He doesn’t do test that is not necessary. If he feels like you need to slog to a specialist they are quick to make an appt for you. He diffentky without a question he is a. A doctor so worth traveling an hour and a half to go see. Will never change drs unless he retires or thinks o need to see another dr. He is so very pleasant and his staff if very kind as well. Thank you Dr Rowgow for being you. You are much appreciated.

Dr. Roto is such a amazing caring doctor. You get that one on one doctor patient care. He's awesome. I'm so thankful I found him.

I went to this Dr for a while & he seemed really good. Till 1 day I was the last patient he had , he came in the room, didn't shut the door, after he sat down he lit up a cigarette, yes a cigarette. Then he leaned back in the chair& cursed just under his breath, so I asked if he was ok. He said yes. Then he started asking me what I needed so I told him but he didn't have my mcg level of my Thyroid medicine, I tried to tell him what it was & he started to get very agitated, I asked him what I had done, but he just got up with his cigarette in his hand got up & started cursing at me. That's not exaggerating either, I was was crying when I left that office, none of the staff members offered to help me but I understand, because they would have lost their jobs, & I didn't expect them to get invited. But he should not be a Dr . He only writes prescription medications just to the people who will put up with his actions. He is not a good person, man, or Dr.

Dr.Rigid is the worst doctor I have ever been to and the staff is just as uncaring. You should NEVER HAVE AN ANSWERING MACHINE FOR CALLS!!!! HE NEEDS TO QUIT!!!

This Dr is very compassionate.

Dr. Rogow is a caring man.
