Dr. Rongone and his staff are both friendly and professional. I really appreciate that Dr. Mark is committed to furthering his education and his skill set to bring the best techniques and services to his clients. His staff is very attentive and more than once, they have arranged their schedules to deal with "dental emergencies" for me and my family. I highly recommend Rongone Dental.

I took my daughter in for an emergency extraction. She has never had any problem at a dentist with the needles, fillings, orthodontics, etc. I was told I would be brought back with her after he assessed the situation with the molar that was coming in already decomposing. The next thing I know, I hear a raised voice and then she comes racing out shaking and crying and heâ??s telling me he canâ??t help her, he doesnâ??t work with people who grab his hands. I catch up to her in the car still shaking and sobbing. According to her, he had asked her if the tooth was coming out today (a MINOR) and then proceeded to administer the novocaine. She opened her eyes to him over her with a 2nd needle and flinched. He then yelled at her and continued to move in with the needle, she panicked and then he yelled at her more.Is that what they teach our doctors and dentists? Iâ??ve had an occasional flinch in the chair too. Yelling at the patient isnâ??t going to get them to relax, jerk!
