Dr. Mark Andrew Rosen, MD

Anesthesia; Obstetrical Anesthesia; Pediatric Anesthesia Dr. Mark Rosen specializes in the anesthesia needs of pregnant women and is a member of the Fetal Treatment Center at UCSF Children's Hospital. His practice focuses on anesthesia care, including anesthesia for obstetrics, surgery during pregnancy and fetal surgery. Rosen graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Davis and went on to earn his medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco. He also completed his training in anesthesia and a fellowship in obstetrical anesthesia at UCSF, where he is currently a professor of anesthesia, obstetrics, gynecology and reproductive sciences as well as vice chairman of anesthesia and director of both obstetrical anesthesia and the anesthesia residency training program. He is board certified in obstetrical anesthesia.
