Dr. Mark Jeffrey Round, MD

Dr. Round and his entire staff are the best there is. We would never consider using anyone else. We have been patients for years and certainly trust him for everything. His staff is the best around and go out of their way to accommodate his patients.

Dr.round saved my life completely when others doctors ignored the severity of my illness, he referred me to the best specialist in state and today I'm cured from potentially deadly disease, thank you dr. Round.

This doctor is amazing takes his time with his patient's never feel rushed like most other doctors. His new office manager Melissa is great very helpful treats every patient like family! His nurse Lidia very knowledgeable and prompt! Nelly gets referrals very quickly on top of everything! Julie new front desk women is a sweetheart very greeting! They answer all the phones! Only problem with this doctor is I DIDNT FIND HIM SOONER!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Rounds for over 20 years and he has always listened diagnosed and taken care of my health needs by evaluating, testing or referrals to a Doctor who specializes in my in my particular health needs. I consider him one of the best Doctors I have gone to, experienced, talented and caring, I would recommend him and have recommended him over the years to friends and family...

Office Manager Roberta very rude, cxl's appointments never notified - lost paperwork, would not recommend this doctor!

Terrible staff. Nice doctor but not enough to stay. Takes weeks to get a referral and they don't get authorizations for you.

The doctor is a great guy. But some of his staff needs improvement or replacing. The fact that his office has been taken out of network of some major insurances is of concern. I asked my insurance why they are not taking my insurance now and she told me it was a problem with billing and they wouldn't renew the contract with them. The billing person is not to keen on their job to do it properly apparently. The office manager always has a condescending attitude to everyone and degrades employees infront of patients. Referrals take forever and sometimes are never even done online like they are suppose to be, causing unnecessary delays in treatment. But refills are handled promptly. The front desk is friendly but won't ever let you slide on a fee, even if you missed an appointment due to death in the family. But it seems that's the office managers call since she always has to be asked. Pretty uncaring if you ask me, would love to see when the tables are turned and those things happen to… her. I hope they nickel and dime her.

I dont understand how this office could get any bad reviews. They must have been bad patients. Everyone has always been more than respectful and understanding every time I've been there. Ive been a patient for over 2 years. The only patients I've seen have issues were the ones who caused problems themselves by being demanding, arrogant and rude. Which the staff handled better than I ever could have, without being disrespectful or rude at all. Stephanie, the front desk girl, is always nice so for her to be considered having "nasty attitude" must have been because the person was extremely rude for too long and she couldnt hold in anymore. Roberta, the office manager, has been with the doctor for over a decade, so Im sure she isnt "misguided" at all. Lidia and Melissa have always handled my refills and referrals quickly and pleasantly. And the doctor is wonderful. I hate to see great offices spoiled by reviews of BAD PATIENTS

I hope he never close his practice, his dedication and patience with me and my family has no comparison. His staff very professional but at the same time very friendly and efficient, they really care for us. He is my PCP since 2001 and he is like family to us.
