He earned his way as a peanut vendor at San Diego Stadium (later called Jack Murphy Stadium and now Qualcomm Stadium). After graduating from high school, Dr. Salamy received an undergraduate degree from U.C. Berkeley, and then attended the U.C.L.A. School of Dentistry. Dr. Salamy then returned to the beautiful San Diego/Poway area and formed what eventually became Pomerado Dental.
