Never got past the receptionist's rude behavior on the phone to offer an opinion of the doctor.

I've been looked after by Dr. Scapini for 20+ years. Most excellent physician and conservative in his treatment plans -- just my style.

I never had to wait in his office to be seen. Immaculately dressed and very professional. He gives enough time and understands my problems. He is the only doctor who calls me personally to discuss the test results/reports and advise further treatment. Well mannered and straight forward. I highly recommend him. In case of urgency, his staff goes out of her way to help in giving an early appointment.

The entire office is unprofessional. The secretary is rude and not helpful. I was promised a call to schedule appointments and there was never any follow up. I would recommend finding a new doctor.

I just was relocated to Michigan due to my employment and a co-worker highly recommended Dr. Scapini. I am so grateful to my co-worker. Dr. Scapini and his staff of three are AWESOME! Dr. Scapini takes his time during your visit and answers all your questions and concerns. The staff makes one feel very welcome and their smiles are contagious. If you need an appointment the same day, they really try to accomodate the patient. I highly recommend this physician. They ALL truly care about the patient!

I have used multiple doctors due to insurance plans changing and job locations, and I can honestly submit Dr. Scapini has been the best Doc. If any special appointment is needed his staff is ready and willing to fit me in, I travel frequently and there is never a problem with re-scheduling on a moments notice. He is great with follow-up on lab work, giving you the real story rather than just a passing grade. He is honest and full of information on how to live a long life. I always recommend him to others looking for a local Doctor

The minute you get a second opinion & the doc wants to see Dr. Scapini's records on you, he will AUTOMATICALLY DUMP YOU as a patient. My husband had a pulmonary embolism & after 5 months of treatment, he went for another opinion regarding the medicine he was on & when he went for the next blood test, was informed that Dr. Mark Scapini dumped him as a patient. When I called the office they said they REFUSED to take him back. This doctor has too huge of an ego. Same day appointments can be next to impossible. Always told to go to the emergency room.
