I traveled to Worcester thinking Umass would be better than the doctors I have seen. I met with I think a student I’m not sure. She wasn’t really good at asking questions. That was fine since I was then going to meet with Dr. Scharf. He seemed fine but after the appointment I went to my chart and the medications he recommended were not listed properly . The paperwork I left with didn’t list my medications. Two out of the three were actual prescriptions. None of it was relayed to me so that I actually knew what was going on. I went back and forth through my chart and was first told one was over the counter then no it was a prescription. It took some back and forth before WE figured it out. They don’t answer their phones and when they do the people don’t seem to know what is going on. My time is as valuable as any Dr. and I don’t think they appreciate their patience. Hire someone to answer the phone

Had a great experience.

Doctor was over an hour late; didn't even check my chart to see if I had any allergies, which I do and they do effect what medications I can take; rushed.
