If you are fortunate enough to be able to see Dr. Shattner, you can rest easy knowing you are in good hands. While others here have complained about bedside manner, when it comes to what he does, you can do no better. That is what matters. He knows his stuff, is highly skilled, and at the end of the day, if you are coming to Memorial Sloan Kettering, it's either due to cancer or suspected cancer, and you need an accurate diagnosis and the best treatment plan, He is a bottom-line doctor, and if you go in understanding that, you will not be disappointed. He came highly recommended by his peers, and I can see why. My husband and I could not have been more satisfied.

I was very disappointed in his bedside manner and uncaring attitude. He hardly listened to what I had to say while explaining my symptoms. He made me feel like my problem was all in my head. Said to take xanax and tums. I was aappalled at his rude and uncaring attitude. Stay away from this man.. Bad news doctor.
