Dr. Mark Scheer, MD

Dr. Sheer always listens and tries to present a solution. Because I retired and no longer worked in DC I went to orthopedic professionals in Northern Virginia and they never compared to the level of care that I received from this doctor. So after a ten-year hiatus, due to a recent injury, I returned the practice. I was not disappointed and look forward to resolution of my health issues.

I have been a paitient of Dr. Scheer's for over ten years and have always been very satisfied with my treatment. Dr. Scheer always explains his recomended treatment, answers all my questions, and has excellent bed side manner.

Dr. Scheer listens to his patients and provides an array of solutions. He doesn't just to go straight to surgical options.

I appreciate Dr. Scheer's professionalism and his approach to treatment (which is therapy with a side of laughs).

My overall experience and visits here at the Center for Advanced Orthopaedics have been great. The staff, nurses, technicians and doctors are all very professional and show they care. They walk you through step by step on treatments and process of your medical condition. This facility has warmth and is very welcoming to new and returning patients. I would recommend this facility to everyone. Also, Dr. Mark Scheer is an amazing doctor

I think overall the service and professionalism was excellent. The downside was my insurance( a well know caring ins company), I think they gave the office a hard time for a previously approved and necessary procedure. As a result I think the level of care tapered after my successful recovery.

I had a very simple injury (a stable fracture that just needed a cast for a few weeks then a brace and a little physical therapy), but I still had a very good experience. It was easy to get and make appointments. He took the time read my records, listened to me, explained my injury and what I could expect in terms of healing, etc. I felt very cared for and made a very speedy recovery. I will definitely go back there if I ever need an orthopedist again.
