Dr. Mark Andrew Schmidheiser, MD

Mark A. Schmidheiser, MD, of Medford, was most recently an anesthesiologist with Rancocas Valley Anesthesiology Associates in Cinnaminson, New Jersey and on the Medical Staff at Lourdes Medical Center in Willingboro, NJ.
Schmidheiser attained his Medical Doctor degree at Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and completed his internship and anesthesiology residency at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, in Portsmouth, Virginia. He served 12 years of active duty naval service as a physician, completing tours of duty as an anesthesiologist, Naval flight surgeon and undersea/diving medical officer. His prior duty stations included
Naval Air Station Oceana, Virginia Beach, Virginia; Naval Air Station Pensacola, Pensacola, Florida and the Naval Undersea Medical Institute, New London, Connecticut. In addition, Schmidheiser served as an undersea/diving medical officer with Submarine Squadron Two (SUBRON 22) in La Maddalena, Italy.
